Every horror story has a sequel, and Jessica Alba is again using shock value to get the word out about the importance of voting.

The actress poses for another ad in the Declare Yourself campaign, this time sporting a Hannibal Lecter-type mask called The Muzzler in her provocative appeal to young voters.

Explaining her passion for the campaign, Alba said, “If you don’t register and vote and make a difference, and hopefully change the bad things that are happening in our country, you are essentially just binding and muzzling yourself.”-people
